Three Steps to Make the Law of Attraction Work in Your Life
The Law of Attraction focuses on training the brain
to be receptive to the possibility of attracting through
thought the resources and lifestyle desired. At the core
of this belief is the mindset that limiting thought
processes can be reversed and effectively managed
through positive overriding thoughts. Extensive mental
training and focus is required to effectively manage
limiting thoughts that have been programmed into the
psyche for years.
The law of attraction rests on three actions the
individuals must take. These steps have to be followed
in a particular order to maximize results. Getting to
the point where all components of the attraction working
together will require a deep level of commitment and
practice.
The person must ask, believe and then receive. The
"ask" portion of the process is the biggest challenge to
many because asking for something desired is viewed as
an act of greed or misconstrued as a sign of weakness.
The "belief" aspect requires the deepest level of
programming for individuals. The person has to actively
monitor personal thoughts at all times to develop
awareness for negative thoughts when they begin to
surface. The negative thoughts get in the way of a
person's ability to believe and focus, so controlling
the frequency of these thoughts is the biggest challenge
for mastering the belief portion of the process.
Visualization techniques and self-monitoring exercises
are extremely helpful in countering these limiting
beliefs. The act of receiving is tied to one's ability
to act on an opportunity when it is presented. A person
has to believe that he or she is deserving of such an
opportunity and then be prepared to take a step toward
embracing that opportunity, making the most of the
situation.
Before beginning this process, a person may want to
take an inventory of several things. It may be necessary
to reflect on the desired experiences and the feelings
of fulfillment associated with acquiring that goal. It
may require taking some time to really explore the
self-defeating thoughts and experiences that have
contributed to them.
When the law of attraction is fully operational, the
desired objectives and outcomes the person devotes the
majority of his or her attention to begins to manifest.
The person moves beyond limitations and doubt in thought
patterns. Like-minded individuals and any desired
resources are attracted by the subconscious. The actions
of the individuals, beliefs, thought patterns and
attitude all work together in harmony to achieve the
desires deeply embedded in the
subconscious.
